About Us

Derek & Sian are a husband and wife team who set up and have owned Arcadia Cleaners since 2008. They started out just cleaning carpets, then moved into cleaning upholstery and leather sofas, once they had the training necessary to clean effectively and most importantly, safely.

They then got the bug for training courses and were soon becoming experts, not only in the above, but now adding hard floor cleaning, marble polishing, flood restoration and finally their new passion, rug cleaning and repair.

They now hold there own courses in rug cleaning and repair at their rug cleaning facility in Hartford Cheshire, where they now concentrate solely on Rugs.

They didn’t want to leave their loyal customers without a professional carpet cleaner and so they have teamed up with Paul from Superdri and now Paul does all the carpets and upholstery cleaning for them and they clean all of Pauls customers rugs for him. 

“Once we opened our dedicated rug spa in 2016 we knew this was all we wanted to do, we kind of fell in love with everything to do with rugs and so decided to specialise in just rugs and become the go to place for getting rugs cleaned and repaired. This meant focussing solely on rugs and passing the other work onto local cleaners who we trusted and knew would give our customers the same high quality service that we always strived to give to our customers”
